Canning Basics: Intro to Pressure Canning
Pressure canning is a fun, safe, easy way to preserve peak-season produce and prepare a wide variety of delicious meals, including vegetables and meats. Anyone can learn the basics of pressure canning to preserve the flavor of each season to enjoy year-round!
Attend our Intro to Pressure Canning Workshop where AbleVeg Owner, Laura Koval, will go through the pressure canning process step-by-step. Copies of the presentation will be emailed to participants prior to class to take notes and save for reference. Leave class ready to make preserved vegetables, soups, sauces, and premade meals.
